Friday evening at seven occurred the death of Mrs. Amanda J. Ham of Alamo at the Culver Union hospital, where she had been a patient for the last eight months. The deceased was 72 years old. She had been a resident of Montgomery county all of her life, having been born in this county in 1843. Her husband, Rhoden Ham, died eight years ago. Mrs. Ham was the mother of four children. She had been living with her son, William S. Ham, at Alamo of late. - kbz
